if I see correctly in the video, the following line is not straight but it looks like a ramp. (after the curve it goes up about 1 meter)
if I understand you correctly you want a flat street.
i drew quickly with follome and mine is flat.
If you are in a hurry, draw the street as an area and then extrude it.
