hi. in the right of sketchup Default Tray contain “Entity Info, Materials, Component, Style, and so on” how we can add custom roull out to there?

We cannot. The tray and Inspector panel objects are not exposed in the APIs.
But this has been a developer request since the 2016 version (with the trays) was released …
