Looks like you already have the ladder framing done on both ends. I didn’t see any trusses that are farther apart than the others.
I would have made the ladder framing with copies of a component, not groups, though.
Personnaly, I would not have a stair passes in front of a window, even if iy is just a corner. You can’t probably move the stair unless you make it goes along two walls with a landing in the corner or the left wall and the rear wall.
Otherwise, moving the window toward the front wall would be my other choice.
I am just writing this because I am always thinking about future refurbishments. Imagine that you have to replace that window in 15 or 20 years. With stair blocking a corner, it will be a lot of work.
Hello,
Sorry I uploaded the incorrect file. Here is the corrected file, if you look all the way on the left you’ll see there is a truss I removed. That is where I want to insert the ladder framing for the floor sheathing in between those two trusses.

Im not sure why you deleted the first common truss. You are using the Medeek Plug in. All you need to do is select the option for structural outlookers. Remove Delete Truss 2. That will generate a drop gable truss with the ladder through the gable to the first truss. Nathaniel has many detailed videos on how to use the plug in I would watch them. It will explain anything you need to know. You can find the videos here.
I see they ladder on the upper part of the truss but I’m trying to ladder frame on the floor in between the trusses.
You can use the medeek blocking tool to put that in. Draw one block with the tool then do a copy array to make the copies you want. A regen wont erase them. The tutorials will really give you a jump start. The term "Ladder " usually talks about the outlookers. Your wanting to add ceiling blocking.
Most framers lay a 2x6 on top of the wall plate for drywall blocking. It allows the Gable truss to be nailed ot it making that connection very solid and at the same time you get the drywall nailing.
