How to have Link counts?

For some reason, all internal and external links I generate in the forum does not receive the same counting feature as others. I often use http://help.sketchup.com/ links to help people, but this link does not receive any counters?

Is it just disabled to see for the poster of the link?

I see them for specific help article links. Perhaps the base domain links do not get them ?

I see the bubbles now.

I guess, they have to receive certain count of clicks (maybe 3?) before the bubbles show up.
