Hello,
Wordpress.com do not accept iframe. But it now accept URL on its own line and not hyperlinked.

For example:

Check out this cool video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ
That was a cool video.

WordPress will automatically turn the URL into a YouTube embed`

SketchUp now uses my.sketchup to display the 3D model on a browser

for downloading the SKP file or for embedding an interactive 3D view of the model?

the download URL can obviously be found in the download menu.

Wordpress.com does support embedding of common services and file formats only. A link to the interactive SU model can be found in the 3D Warehouse under “<> embed > 3D Viewer”, grab the URL from the "src="http … ".

It is for an interactive 3D view of the model.
It work properly with sketchfab models. I simply paste the sketchfab unlinked URL of a model on my wordpress.com website and the interactive view is ok
But it don’t with 3Dwarehouse models :frowning:

I do not understand much about programming but the easiest way would be to use oEmbed:

oEmbed is a format for allowing an embedded representation of a URL on third party sites. The simple API allows a website to display embedded content (such as photos or videos) when a user posts a link to that resource, without having to parse the resource directly.

I understand that the developer of 3D warehouse should integrate oEmbed on their server.
