Basics:
Draw the shape for a section of the horn. Use a skinning extension to create the surface (I used TIG’s Extrude Tools but Curviloft would work, too.), Joint Push/Pull to give the surface thickness, Copy/Rotate to make the other nine sections. Use Follow Me with a circle and path to create the elbow.
