I am learning sketch up and enjoying it. I have been giving floor plans in pdf but not sure how to switch them to skp to use them in sketch up. Is this possible?
It’s not a simple matter of just “switching” a PDF to a SketchUp file. Your profile indicates you are using the free web-based version of SketchUp. If that’s so you can make a screen grab of the PDF and save it as an image, JPG or PNG. You can then import that image into SketchUp and trace it with the drawing tools. If there are dimensions given on the floor plan in the PDF, you might find it easier to simply draw the floor plan using the printed PDF as a guide.
