How did this happen?

I was in the process of drawing and this happened and somehow I was able to see into it and see these hidden lines. I just want to see it solid again.lathe1.skp (211.4 KB)

Press k, it is the toggle shortcut for back edges.

I just downloaded your latest image and I see Back Edges. Turn them off with K or View>Edge Style and deselect Back Edges.

This is your model with me taping k several times, then turning on hidden geometry and taping k .
