How can I use the 3D Warehouse in Sketchup Make 2017 without upgrading?

I have a functioning Sketchup Make 2017 on my Windows 10 Desktop. I used to use it for woodworking but have not for a few years. Now I want to use it for Floor Plans with 2D symbols that are included in the 3D Warehouse package but I cannot open the symbol files with the SU Make 2017. I just get the popup telling me that I must upgrade to access this data. Is there any work around?

Thank you,
SR

I responded to your other post.

The 3D Warehouse hasn’t supported SketchUp Make for years. You can access the Warehouse via your internet brower and download the Collada versions of the objects you want. Then import those into SketchUp.
