How can I take off all color of this object quickly?

I want to remove all the color of the object. I know i can do it mannually, but I just wonder if we have a quicker way to do so?

I’d go into the Materials panel, choose the In Model materials and delete them.

If it is just to see the model without any colours but you would like to keep them, you can also select the Monochrome Style for the faces.

Styles is the best way since you can always bring the color back easily. Or use Dave’s method or triple click the model and use the material tray and select default color or white.
