how can I modify or delete one of my models which I have uploaded to the 3D warehouse?
If you are signed in with the same account you can go to my 3D warehouse and edit or delete at your liking.

If you’re the model owner and logged in and you go to it’s page, these two buttons should appear on the right:

I make the mistake that I have not selected the model.
