Can someone please explain me how to draw construction like this from existing model?
Wich extensions do I need to install?

I would be happiest if out there is video how to 
SketchUp is not a parametric modeler. You could look into Live Components but I believe you would need a current Pro or Studio subscription.
That couch is something relatively easy to model if you have a basic knowledge of sketchup, but making it parametric is something different, I don’t know well how to create live components and I don’t know of a native or an extension tool to make complex parametric models. I know it is possible to do it with blender geometry nodes cause I’ve created more complex stuff with that and probably with grasshopper, I’ve never used Rhino.

Parametric is not an style, it’s a way of modeling where you create geometry that can be shaped with different parameters that must be programmed.
If it doesn’t have to be parametric it’s a lot easier, you can model the shape of the couch and use a plugin like slicer from TIG
What do you actually mean by that?
