This is a personal and non-commercial project, and I only need a simple massing model (basic shapes, terrace, windows, roof, stairs), not a detailed render.
The front facade is 11 meters wide and the terrace extends 4.5 meters outward.
If you’re a student, beginner or just someone looking to expand their portfolio, this could be a good small project to collaborate on.
I’ll provide the necessary dimensions, drawings and feedback if needed.
I don’t have any other finalized facades. The facade shown is the one I imagined to renovate the house I just bought with a beautiful view of the river. However, I have modeled the plan for the main level (Level 1) in the attached file. I also have images of the current situation and plans.
The windows on the ground floor stop 50 cm before the edge of the terrace, as the space underneath the terrace (ground floor) will also be used as living areas.
So i have tried to keep the model as basic and simple as possible.
Hope you can use it for further editting and brainstorming your renovations.
