Hi, need help to design bottle cap wine sealer

Anyone able to help to design bottle cap wine sealer. It’s able to use it for keep the plastic within seal with a wine sealer

The idea is the picture I submitted. Must be able to screw cap any plastic type to seal food at the same time and able to seal beer cans or soft drink cans
