Help with extruding face by rail

Hi! Can’t get face correctly extruded by path. It should begin and end like here.

Looks like smth simple but i’m stuck on this. Tried follow me tool and curviloft but no success. My skp file in attachment.

Seems to work fine with Curviloft ‘AlongPath’.

maybe I’m just was tired and to me from first sight it looked like smth skewed). but now I see that it’s normal.=)
