I want some help. I got a certificate from one of the courses affiliated with the site, and I want to change the name of the student in it because the name of the student is written instead of the name of the company

Greetings, I am facing the same issue, it took the Gmail name and put it into my certificate knowing that I tried to perform a rename with my real name in the account setting before the completion of the course (SketchUp fundamentals Desktop), and I am sure that I saved the changes to my profile.
Now the certificate has a weired name with “gmail com” as my last name.
Any help on this one or do I have to use another E-mail and enroll again?
