That is Tgi3D SU Amorph from TGI. I haven’t tried it. It’s quite expensive but there is a trial version. All they seemed to use in that video was the point slide tool “Tgi3D Move Tool”, but it can do a lot more.

Someone asked the same question on the part 1 video and they answered it.
The tutorial could have been good if they’d told you what they were doing or at least gave a list of extensions used in the video description.
