I purchased a one-month plan for SketchUp Pro, and the 2024 version works without any issues. However, when I try to use the 2023 version, it asks me to enter a serial number and authorization code for licensing. Where can I find the serial number and authorization code? Personally, I prefer the 2023 version over the 2024 version, so I would like to use it. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
Select the “Subscription Plan” tab instead of the classic license, and log in with the same e-mail you use in the 2024 version.
