I don’t know what happen, but I’ve somehow managed to delete the tops of all my walls.
What’s the best way to get them back?

Draw lines connecting corners. Hopefully it will close or at least you may find the problem. Also, I recommend getting Cleanup3 and ttlib2 extension from Thom Thom. It will help to clean up stray lines.
Providing they are all coplaner, all you need to to do is draw a line (in context) along any of thr tops and the walls will fill.
