I’ve tried but the part that is joint to the wall is very difficult for me to make because of the circular “dent“ since I’ve only started working for the first time in sketchup for this project

It doesn’t download on my computer, I’ve tried and emailed the brand requesting it. Could you maybe attach the file to your message?

Have you tried right clicking on that text (Download 3D Model) > Save link as…?

The dent is easily created by intersecting a sphere with the base.

This isn’t as fancy as the one you can get from the site but it would probably do the job. Import it into your project and then drag copies of it in from the Components panel and drop them on the walls where you want them.
