Helix grid making.
Firstly, I use The Helix Along Curve which is an old plugin to make a cycle helix line. And then I exploit Q+Ctrl to copy another one along circle and rotate appropriate angles. Finally I use curviloft by fredo6 who is a prominent author of sketchup plugin. The Skin Function of Curviloft is very important for my process. Because this plugin can loft surfaces or UV lines by space curves, So I easily abstract the grids from the UV lines of surfaces.
