In solid tool, can you do other thing than outer shell ? Like intersect or union…
In my version, i can only do outer shell.

I haven’t tried solid tools in SUfS myself. I was having problems with the Export to DWG/DXF that @joy got resolved.

What was the solution to the export problem? I’m having the same issue. I’m getting an Error box that says “We encountered a problem during this operation.” any time I try a cloud export from Sketchup for schools.

I don’t know what they did, and I can’t say I’ve tried it lately.

@joy do you know what I need to do to get it fixed?

I’ve let our engineering team know you’re having issues. Can you please provide a screenshot of your export settings and confirm that your are using one of our recommended browsers (Chrome 59+ or Firefox 52+)?

For the previous issue from two months ago, we resolved a block that was affecting all SketchUp for Schools users, so your issue should not be linked.

I looked at the recent errors in our logs and they point to network connectivity issues causing these export failures. Is it possible there is an internet firewall on your network, requiring whitelisting of domains?
