Description of the Issue: Giant headings and links in Help Center !

Selected Version of SketchUp: SketchUp 2018

Selected Operating System: Windows

Using Chrome (latest) with zoom at 100%.

The <H1> element (section headings) are set to 3rem which computes to ~48px and renders at 45px with a line height of 56.25px !

After doing a search, on the results page, the <A> element links for all the “hits” are style ".heading-3" which is set at 2rem which computes to ~32px and renders at 30px with a line height of 37.5px !
