Getting message "Oh No! It appears you are offline" SketchUp 2018

I just installed SketchUp 2018 for a user on our domain. The install went fine, but I’n getting a message stating I am not connected to SketchUp servers. When I got to input the license, it also comes up with an error saying “Bummer, it looks like you are offline”.

A few steps I’ve done for troubleshooting…
Installed SketchUp as an administrator (I’m a domain admin)
Allowed SketchUp.exe through the Firewall
Put a static bypass on the machine for all SketchUp addresses and ports listed in the support page

I’m not really sure where else to go with this. Is there something I’m missing or doing wrong.
