Generate Object AI Assistant does not work

I cannot use generate Object in AI Assistant, I can use AI Assistant Help, I have credits and I can use AI render.

I have Version 26.1.185 64-bit installed

Hi @Oscar_G , sorry to hear that. A couple of questions:

What is your current subscription?

What happens when you click on “Generate Object?”

I tried to show it to my trainees yesterday, it just kept “thinking” for 10 min.
thing is, I used the exact same lightbulb as I used last week.

server overload maybe ? too many people trying at the same time ?

SketchUp Studio, Educator.

When I hover over the Generate Object menu the back highlights but when I click nothing happens, like it is blocked.

I just updated to SketchUp 2026 today and I also cannot get to Generate Object. I have SketchUp Studio, Educator subscription.
