Could you tell me:
- your version of GS extension
- your version of Sketchup
- could you record your loading of a sample and open the ruby console so that I can see if something is written on it
- also, could you check in your %TEMP% folder files looking like this (GS_INIT_LOG.TXT, SU_SPLAT_INIT_FAILURE_*.txt (if any), GS_SHUTDOWN_LOG.TXT) and send them to me ?
(%TEMP% folder is something like C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Temp)
