While modifying an existing model, the file locked up and will not accept any commands or modifications.
Also looked up help for creating backups and cannot follow hepl instructions for creating automatic backups
Did you try copying everything and paste it into a new file? If you’re using the feature added to SketchUp 2026 to work simultaneously on a same model, probably the host blocked the option to make modifications.
