Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to install these extensions in SketchUp LayOut? It doesn’t seem to have the same menu path for installing as regular SketchUp, and I can’t seem to find anything about that online (granted, I haven’t looked THAT hard)

Layout does not yet support extensions. There are methods in the SketchUp Ruby API that can manipulate a layout file, but they run within SketchUp and can’t provide a “live” extension in LayOut.
