It looks like the extension warehouse is down. Or is it just me?

Could it be that you have stumbled upon the exact time they are resetting it for some reason.

They may have multiple instances. Depending on from which you request gets served, you get the stoned bear.

I used this hand site recently. It checked whether a site is down for everyone. For me, 3D Warehouse is working, and this site sees it as ok too:

because the Extension Warehouse website is simply not down (offline in the sense of not answering) but in maintenance.
