INCORRECT. The extension cannot be installed from SketchUp’s Extension Warehouse.
It has a Listing Page only: One Click Cabinet | SketchUp Extension Warehouse

For general information, the extension has a Basic free edition with limited features.
Then for more features (at current prices) there is Pro ($599) and Premium ($799).

@DanRathbun is pointing out that you cannot download this extension from Extension Warehouse. Right now, on order to get any version of your extension, users have to contact you or visit your site, as you have a listing page on EW right now.
