Please help!!
Hi all, I have spent hours working on this file but when I try to open it, the following error message “Failed to open document” pops up. I have the 2023 version and have also tried opening it with the 2024 version but getting the same error message. I tried opening the skb file but same error message again!
I am new to Sketchup and this forum. Greatly appreciate if someone can help as it’s for an assessment that’s due soon!

If it is over ± 15MB share it through dropbox or we-transfer. Make sure it is made public!
And please update your forum profile. 2023 is not an operating system. It would be Windows or Mac with a version number. 100 is not a graphics card… This information helps us help you!
If you were working on a file from a network, cloud, or external drive that might be the cause. On rare occasions, something happens during save to such places that can break a file. If you share it here, sometimes one of the SketchUp staff can salvage part or all of it.
