Hi everyone,
This is my first post here on the community after years of using Sketchup. Usually, I just browse and see what other people did and how they solved similar problems, but now I’m a bit more in a pickle.
For some reason, two of the files that I was working on earlier today are not opening. One just shows the “failed to open document” message, and the other shows “this does not appear to be a SketchUp model”. I tried to change the .skb file to .skp, as some had said in some other posts that I came across, but still, the same two messages showed up.
Now, I have 4 files that are not opening in any way, shape, or form. I downloaded the latest version of the software and tried everything I saw here and on other forums. All four files appear to be over 40k KB, which I imagine indicates my file is corrupted. I don’t know if there’s any way that I can save my work; probably it’s gone for good, but I had to try here first before giving up!
I’ll upload them to a Google Drive, and here’s the link: torres de observação - Google Drive
Thanks for any help anyone can give me!
