What version of SketchUp are you really using? You put “SketchUp for Schools” in your forum profile. That’s a web-based version.
Please correct it then.

You need to make the file available. Currently I get an Access Denied message.
You put in your forum profile that you are using “Free Plan” SketchUp 2023. Does that mean you are using a cracked version of SketchUp? Where have you been saving the file while you are working on it? What operating system? 2023 is not an operating system.
I just open the acess to the link! Pro version, Windows 11, I’m saving in my computer files!
Put that in your forum profile. If you have a legal Pro subscription, that’s not the Free Plan. Please update your profile with the right information.
Your files are missing large chunks of data. I couldn’t do anything with them.
