Hey,
I try to install the 2024 Sketchup (SketchUp-2024-0-594-241.exe), start is fine, I got the installation menue (which part, where to install), but after the next steps I got an error message “Error during download of the neccessary files”.
Any ideas? Of course, I have an internet connection, and I tried it as a normal user and also as an administrator.

the initial download is longer, but it doesn’t require extra stuff while you install it.
Thanks, this works. It is always suprisingly, that even today simple functions as a web installation does not work straight away.

eh, well, a server might be down, or laggy, maybe your PC has a specific parameter that will cause trouble to a specific file…
I try to grab offline downloaders when I can, no risk of a bad surprise at a bad moment
