Hi @sharonaranda2711, unfortunately there is currently an issue affecting all SketchUp servers, the team is working on it. Please check status.sketchup.com for updates. Dan

A fix has now been deployed, it may take a little while to be available to everybody.

Your forum profile says you are using SketchUp 2018. The warehouses haven’t supported that version for about 4 years, though. If you are using a newer version of SketchUp please update your forum profile.
