I would like to know how I can simply edit a 2 point arc. I would like to simply extend or lengthen both end points and still maintain the same curve.
It depends on exactly what the situation is but you could use Rotate/Copy to copy the arc. Or it might be easier or more practical to locate the center of the arc, delete the arc, and redraw it to the desired length. It would help if you share more detail about what you are trying to acomplish.
I have the same question but my situation has gotten more complicated because I have used offset and push to make my arcs rings and then tilted them to perfectly connect separate ring end faces. Now I want one of the ring sections to go from 120 degrees to 180 of arc! Do I now have to recreate everything or reduce all of it down to a path and then buy pro to extrude it? I’m more concerned about making progress than looking stupid!
Click in sequence on the scenes tabs of this SU file for ideas. This is a tutorial that I make a while ago but it may help you with SU for Web. I used very basic tools in it.

Thanks for the suggestions and the tutorial! I figured out yet how to post an sku file from SketchUp Go, which is what I am currently working with. Last time I tried I just got a viewer link.
Use the Download option from the menu top left to download the .skp to your computer, then drag and drop it into the reply box.

I think I understand your animation well enough to try one of those options. I save a copy incase I mess things up trying.
I tried your suggestion to extend an arc of a ring, after I exploded the group and deleted everything else. My ring had been tilted to join an end face to the face of another smaller twisted ring. Therefore, when the arc got extended by rotating with copying it ended up level an not congruent with the existing tilted arc. Is there a way around that happening? I’ll be able to upload both the original file and the arc extension file, with the other groups hidden, because of what Box shared. I hope I did that upload correctly.
