Easy newbie question regarding cutting a component in half

Hi guys,

Hoping you could please help me with how to cut the member behind in half and rotate the same angle as the other members. They are components (both the front and back ones).

I am learning this program on the fly for a specific project so I apologise if I am asking something blindingly obvious if “i just did the tutorials and played around”.

Update, I’ve made each component a group now…

Look up videos on the “Follow me” tool - while it is possible to do what you are asking (and relatively simple), it sounds like a long road to take for the end result.
