I’m looking for help to either…
- avoid the Sketchup 2019 crash when I try to use the Dulux Trade Digital Palette; or
- use my 2019 Pro licence to run Sketchup Pro 2018 (which apparently supports the palette).
Crash usage details:
I’m running Sketchup Pro 2019 on a macOS Mojave (10.14.16) MacBook Pro (Retina 13-inch, Early 2015), Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB
Today I installed Dulux Trade Digital Palette from the Extension Warehouse.
The installation went smoothly except for a warning that the extension is not supported on my version of Sketchup.
Clicking on the newly installed Dulux extension icon displays the palette as expected, and I was able to switch to “Heritage” and change the “Hue” ranges fine by clicking.
But when I try to select a color, eg. “Turtledove Grey”, Sketchup crashes with a BugSplat.
