Hi @tiago.garcia thanks for the post and sorry that you are having trouble accessing SketchUp for Schools. I was able to confirm you are a k-12 school or equivilant via your website and just got you added to our database so you should be all set to deploy the app if you have not already done so. Just make sure that you don’t skip any steps as you deploy the app as that can cause issues later on.
Also, for future users that see this thread, please try and @ me to get my attention. Do not try and @ Steve as he does not monitor these threads anymore.
