Dimensions are in a black box after (auto)saving

Anyone familiar with this problem?
Can’t seem to find a solution.

Hi @DiveLow . It looks like this is a known issue, and we’re looking into a solution. Thanks for the post.

I see it’s a known issue. I’ve tried the work arounds 1) select all dimensions, cut then paste in place 2) copy the whole drawing and past into new project.

Both work for a moment then the problem of the dimensions getting blacked (grayed for me) out returns. It’s occurring upon ‘save’; just confirmed.

When I am ready to print I change the app settings and extend autosave to 15 min, then cut the whole drawing, paste in place, then print.

Looking forward to the fix.

Be aware that even if the dimension values
after method 1 may look right they most likely are no longer associated with the geometry they were attached to. So changes made later do not update the values.

Having the same issue and just purchased a license to work on a project. Not the greatest introduction after spending a few hours learning the basics today…Hopefully it can be fixed soon.

I have found that changing the font (to any other) and doing update all dimensions solves the problem until the next autosave.

Issue should be resolved now. Please refresh and try again.
