Dibac doesn't work in Sketchup

I have installed it, but some of the tool buttons don’t work.

Any ideas ?

Go to the Dibac website. Click on Get Support.

You’ll need to be specific about which tool buttons don’t work.

I have gone to Support, with no luck.

It been 4 months, the window & door buttons do not respond.

I’ve done everything they have ask me to do, think they have given up.
