Both offer great tutorials and videos that should help with your questions.
You can learn the basics of SketchUp from Campus, and then you should be able to model this model yourself.

Thanks for the tutorial, though sadly, I do not have a license for Fredo6’s Tools On Surface plugin, infact i never used the plugin and I can’t get a 30 day free trial if there is.. any idea on how to offset that shape for the LED?
