hi i have design a product that i would like to be 3d printed, i sent the file as an stl but he showed me a picture and says its corrupt and will not work and help would be great for where i have gone wrong with my model. thanks in advance

would it just be the card thats also in the image? as i dont want to keep sending the person files if they are not correct.
