Default tray missing

Hi,

Using SU Pro 25 on PC.

Been trouble free for months but I seem to have lost the default tray.

I click Window>Default tray>Show tray

It thinks about it for a few seconds, and then nothing other than ‘show tray’ is replaced with ‘hide tray’

I’ve tried closing the model and re-opening, shutting down my laptop, with no joy.

Re-setting the workspace does nothing at all.

I’ve also opened older models that I didn’t have the issue and the trays not showing in these either.

Any suggestions?

hello, have you tried resetting your worskspace ? (window > preferences > workspace)

your tray might be off the screen. If resetting workspace does not help and if you have multiple screens, try unplugging one and restart sketchup

Hi, yes I have tried that. It did nothing noticeable. I’ll try your tip for unplugging a screen.

Success!

I unplugged a screen, re-set the workspace, >show tray, and it popped right up!
