Dedicated list of Feature Requests

Hi All, l wonder if someone can help me.
I have been looking for a dedicated list of feature requests but so far I haven’t been able to find one. Does anybody know where this might be?
There appears to be a number of different areas addressing parts of layout and 3D warehouse requests but not a single consolidated wishlist to help users like me, wanted to add to or reinforce already requested features or functionality.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Mihai.s Thank you for sharing this with me, I did take part in this survey for Justin. I was more interested in whether Sketchup team had a roadmap of requests/future developments listed for users to see and comment on, much the same as Justin has done.

Sketchup doesn’t have a public road map, if you want to make a feature request, you must create a new topic on the feature request category and make your request.

Nothing like this exists at the moment. That said, I would really like to see something like this happen. Twinmotion and Lumion both have public roadmaps that allow users to add feedback, and it would be really nice if SketchUp had this too

Twinmotion - https://portal.productboard.com/epicgames/3-twinmotion-public-roadmap/tabs/6-released
Lumion - Roadmap - Lumion 3D Rendering Software for Architects

Justin, I agree with you.
The approach by both Twinmotion and Lumion is a great way to keep users updated and involved with the future development of the product.
How do we get the Sketchup team to adopt this?
Any ideas your survey is a great starting point

Lol - the survey is the best idea I have, but I wouldn’t expect an open roadmap anytime soon.

I’m not sure the corporate structure of Trimble is necessarily geared for that kind of open development, though I will say with the advent of SketchUp’s labs program it’s at least gotten better

D5 Render used to have the best road map in my opinion. They had a suggestions page which very clearly laid out user suggestions and ranked them with the highest user votes. It was very easy to see what the community were asking for. I think they removed the community section but the roadmap still exists showing what being worked on and what has been released in the previous update. but it lacks the user engagement and interactivity.
