Hi
Thanks for letting me in!
I know colour mixing is an issue, and offset of 1 mm is not a solution for me.
I was hoping to understand the Union or intersec faces, but I dont get it…
Any tip?
Here is what I get:
The file is here
Thanks!

Is this just a 2d drawing?
If yes, and assuming each of your buildings are groups or components - move them up a bit - what you are seeing is Z fighting where 2 surfaces are trying to occupy the same space.
If you want to keep everything on the same plane you can intersect faces - but they need to be in the same context (group or component) - when you select a face you can right click on it and ‘intersect faces’ - then if you have done things correctly you can color the individual faces.
But since you are asking these questions I would start here:

What I usually do is that I convert each building to a hole cutting component and glue it to the site’s face. This will create a hole in that face and the conflicts disappear. You can also draw everything as faces and discard groups and components, but that won’t be as effective for organization purposes.
Thanks for input.
I used a bit time to understand intersect faces, so finally I managed to “Make a hole”
