Hey,
we have been trying to get in contact with our contact at sketchup via mail, sadly Without luck so far. So i am trying here.
We are currently updating our internal use if the zlib library ro use version 1.2.13 to adress
CVE-2018-25032
CVE-2022-37434
As listed in the NVD
From what we can see Sketchup it self uses version 1.2.11 of zlib.
Are there any plans to update to the latest version?
Of course it would be nice if we could get a reply to the mail as we have other questions as well.
Re your own use, GitHub - microsoft/vcpkg: C++ Library Manager for Windows, Linux, and MacOS has been at 1.2.13 since late October.
EDIT: Not sure about the zlib stdlib with older Ruby versions. zlib 1.2.13 works fine with recent Ruby versions.

Could you say how you check the zlib version?
Never mind. I see we are using 1.2.11.0, and Vray, for example, are on 1.2.8.0.
I will check with a developer who I know has had a lot to do with zlib needs.
