Curved Lines

Hi All,

Hope you can help.

I am trying to “soften”/curve the harshness of these angled lines to make them curved whilst keeping the measurements.

Could anybody help to let me know if this is possible?

Here is the basic working file. I and just looking to take the harshness away from these curves and round them off.

Is this the sort of thing you want?

These a global fit splines through your endpoints drawn with FredoSpline.

What is it that you are trying to model?

Thanks, Dave. That is exactly what I am trying to do.

These represent “beds” in a garden design, but customer wants them to have a gentle curve like you have displayed. I do have FredoSpline, but could not work out how to do what you have done there.

I just selected Global Fit Spline and then drew the curves through the endpoints/corners. Group the existing geometry first so you don’t have the curves split by the existing geometry.

Alternatively you could draw the curves using the midpoints along the edges.
