Create parametric dimensions Sketchup Make 2017

i really want to create some 2D figures with parametric dimensions. such to change the lengt of a dimesion only by changign the parameter’s value.

it’s Possible to implement it in Sketchup make 2017?

Dynamic Component authoring is only possible in SketchUp Pro. Make users can only edit the attributes of pre-made DC:s.
