Simple question: How do I use an image and convert it to a Sketchup drawing? For example, I would like to use a parking garage and have a picture I would like to use.
How would I incorporate it into Sketchup?

It depend on how you want to use the image. You can import it as an image and stand it up in the background or you could import the image as a texture and apply it to a face or, if it’s suitable image with lines running clearly to two vanishing points on the horizon, you could import it using Match Photo and then use it as a guide to model the garage.
